A well-planned kitchen starts with understanding your home, your priorities and the details that matter to you. Here is what to expect as your project moves from first ideas to installation.
Tell us about your project, the spaces involved and what you would like to achieve. We will discuss your layout, storage needs, preferred finishes and budget, along with any plans or inspiration you already have.
We develop a concept and quotation for your project. This is the opportunity to review the layout, compare options and agree on the scope before proceeding to contract.
Concept drawings help you visualise the design. Detailed production drawings are prepared later, following check measure.
Once the concept and final scope are approved, we arrange the contract documentation and required deposit.
Before check measure, we need your confirmed selections, appliance specifications and other required project information. The site must also be ready for accurate measurement.
Following check measure, we finalise the production drawings and obtain the necessary approvals before manufacture.
With the required documentation, approvals and payments complete, your cabinetry moves into production at our West Gosford factory.
Delivery and installation are coordinated with site readiness and the agreed project scope. Where benchtops, splashbacks or other work require separate visits, the sequence and timing are discussed for your project.
At completion, we review the work and record any outstanding items for follow-up.
Important timing notice
Delivery and installation dates are confirmed only after the required project information, selections, approvals and check measure are complete. Timing also depends on material availability, production scheduling and site readiness.
